A quieter, gentler way to change your life.
Hi, I’m Jules — a certified life coach and author who supports midlife women to release alcohol with compassion, clarity, and sustainable change.
This is coaching for women who are ready to let go of alcohol gently, sustainably, and with deep self-respect.
It's not about willpower or striving for perfection. It's about becoming the woman you already are underneath the noise, the overwhelm, and the alcohol you've been leaning on to cope.
My coaching follows a simple but powerful rhythm:

Live life free of hangovers and the mental fog that goes with them
Feel confident handling triggers without self-judgement
Reclaim a clear, centred sense of who you are outside of alcohol

We start gently. You and I look together at what’s happening beneath the surface — the thoughts, patterns, emotions, and protective habits that have kept alcohol feeling necessary.
This is where we begin to:
You learn personalised strategies for cravings, tiredness, loneliness, people‑pleasing, and those 5pm emotional spikes — all without abandoning yourself.
This work is stabilising. It brings spaciousness. It helps your nervous system settle so that change becomes possible.
As your inner world softens, we look at the practical, everyday parts of your life where drinking has lived.
We explore:
This is the part where your life begins to feel different. Not perfect — but honest, grounded, and no longer something you need to escape from.

This is where sobriety becomes more than “not drinking.” It becomes a homecoming. Here we explore:
This is where joy returns. Where clarity sharpens. Where you begin to live from truth rather than coping.
And throughout all of this, we stay flexible. Whatever rises, we meet it with honesty, steadiness, and compassion.
You also have private WhatsApp access to me for support between sessions — you are never left alone with anything wobbly.
These are the quiet, steady shifts women describe — the kind that unfold when they stop abandoning themselves and begin returning to who they really are.
“I have stopped apologising for who I am.”
“My mindset has changed.”
“I’m prioritising myself in the best ways.”
“Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be wonderful.”
“I feel like a better mother — more present.”
“My life is so much more balanced.”
“I’m really enjoying simple pleasures.”
“I can forgive myself.”
These aren’t quick fixes or overnight transformations.
They are the real, lived changes that happen when you choose deep support, honest reflection, and a more loving way of being with yourself.
If this is the kind of transformation you know you're ready for, here is what the full programme includes and what the investment is.
A deep, spacious 12‑week container for personal transformation.
Includes:
Payment plans available.
Can I afford coaching? Many clients find the cost of coaching is less than what they spend — emotionally and financially — on alcohol, takeaways, scrolling purchases and coping stress each year. Payment plans are available.
For women who want to begin gently, get support quickly, or try coaching before committing to the full programme.
Includes:
A simple, powerful reset.
You can expect:
This is the heart of the Most Loving Thing philosophy — guiding you back to yourself.
If you feel the pull, we begin where you are, not where you think you "should" be.
Women who go through this work don’t just quit drinking — they change their relationship with alcohol because they’ve transformed their relationship with themselves.
Testimonials
Kind Words From Former Clients

Jules is an inspirational and enthusiastic coach who I trust implicitly. Most importantly she works for the love of people and also has a fantastic capacity to self coach which shines through in her sessions. When someone is constantly working to improve their own life and is willing to share that wisdom and passion with you then you must grab the opportunity with both hands! R.T.

Jules is an amazing Coach – she just “gets” it. She managed to get to the bottom of what was blocking me and the coaching has made a massive difference to me. Jules is such a lovely mixture of practical action and emotional breakthroughs, while looking after your spiritual side if you so wish. I highly recommend Jules as my coach of choice. Thank you, Jules M.R.

When I started my one-to-one sessions with Jules, I was in a bad place and had lots going on. I loved her calm manner and reassurance that I could do it if I put my mind to it. I cannot thank Jules enough for all the help she gave me. The tensions I had when we first started our sessions melted away, and I’m continuing on my journey to a sober me, more fulfilled and in a good place. K.D.
Frequently Asked Questions
This is for you if you want to get to the bottom of what is preventing you from staying sober. In our time together you will work on creating new habits and behaviours that will stick.
I would never recommend you stop drinking suddenly without consulting your doctor first. Stopping drinking like that can be dangerous to your health and even life-threatening. Speak to your doctor and get the advice you need to stop drinking safely.
Like you, I have a past trauma and stopping drinking has been the catalyst I needed to get to grips with it and get the counseling help I needed. Giving up alcohol is a freedom to embrace, not something to be afraid of. Yes, you may have some days when things feel a little challenging, BUT your sobriety will give you the calm mind, clarity and confidence to deal with what you've been avoiding once and for all.
If you can get started with your sobriety but feel like you're white-knuckling it, I can help you let alcohol go for good, and it will be much easier than you think. If you are uncomfortably negotiating with yourself for a 'Hall Pass' or stressing about how to figure out how to drink at that next big event in your diary, then I can help you get clear about what you really want to do.
I support women who drink too much and want to take control of their drinking. Whether they choose an alcohol-free lifestyle will ultimately be up to them. I was never an alcoholic and therefore have no experience of supporting women who are alcoholics and I have no medical training. I would strongly suggest you seek specialised recovery services.
If you would like to have a chat with me about your readiness to give up, you can book a no-obligation chat with me HERE and I will help you get some clarity and a way forward.
Have you ever worked out how much money your drinking is costing you? The majority of the women I work with drink a bottle of wine a night. Calculating the cost of alcohol, takeaways, drunk scrolling purchases, taxis, drinking snacks etc etc it can work out to at least £4,000.00 a year. I promise you, you can afford coaching. I will always be happy to discuss a payment plan option if you need it. You can also check out my free resources HERE.
