I'm Jules, and I help midlife women untangle the emotional roots of their drinking - not through willpower, counting or shame, but through compassion, truth, and gentle inner work.
Midlife is a turning point. For many women, it’s the moment you realise that alcohol has been quietly taking more than it ever gave. It steals your energy, dulls your clarity, and keeps your dreams on hold.

I created The MLT Lounge because I wanted to build the kind of space I wish more women had access to — calm, thoughtful, honest and deeply supportive.
So many women arrive exhausted by the cycle of drinking, self-criticism and “trying harder.” But I don’t believe lasting change comes through shame or pressure. I believe it comes through honesty, self-respect and learning to ask:
